Believe (Walk On Water)Silent Company Releases "Believe (Walk On Water)", Most Heartfelt To Date

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CA (November 10, 2015) - With the release of "Believe (Walk On Water), Silent Company speaks to the lost and lonely in all of us.

Into each life a little rain must fall, goes the saying. But what if one's entire life is nothing but dark clouds with no silver lining? What do we hold on to? What do we reach for, to make things whole again? In a poignantly personal song, Silent Company says to each and every one that there is something out there; a hope, a better way, if all we do is believe that it will come to us, and keep the hope in our heart of hearts. Belief, and the chance that we take in exercising it, can bring us all to our heart's desires: peace, love, fulfillment, destiny.

In a radical departure from most of their other offerings of late, this very nearly zydeco-inspired track has a mid tempo rhythm that draws the listener along, a string grouping that is haunting at times, melodic for sure, and uplifting in the best of ways. Bee and Edd are in full on duet-mode, with a Shakespearean-type chorus, speaking one's conscience along the way. Bee's Epiphone takes a complete break on this tune, but the strings, piano, and a walking beat more than make the song. We all have hard times, even hard lives, but belief, and our eternal desire to see its manifestation, can turn everything around. Just believe, and you will see...

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

"In A Heartbeat" Silent Company's Latest, Most Poignant ReleaseIn A Heartbeat

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CA (October 1, 2015) - Silent Company has released it's latest, and possible most poignant track to date, "In A Heartbeat". The song details the fact that many of us don't really consider how quickly our lives can change. A lost paycheck, bad news from the doctor, a 3:00 a.m. phone call from the police...a war in one's own backyard. Things that we have no say in. Such is the situation all over the world, every single day, for thousands. They find themselves the victims of circumstances beyond their control. How do you cope? Where do you go? Who do you ask for help, when the rest of the world is either ignoring your pleas, or is oblivious to the real need for help.

"In A Heartbeat" started out speaking to one issue, the latest influx of refugees to Europe from Syria and points beyond, but turned into a hard look at what any of us would do in the same situation. With a jazz-ish overlay to the intro with its accompanying rhythm section, a strong overall performance by the cello and violins, and a musical "breakout" in the second half on the track, the listener is taking a musical journey into the "what if" of life. Bee's haunting lyrics, along with his and Edd's spot on vocal delivery make this song one that stays with you, and, if not leads, then guides the listener into contemplating how we should treat people when they are at their most desperate.

Indeed, belief in our humanity is what will save us, deliver us...all in a heartbeat, if we let it.

"Stay Graceful" AwardsFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

"Stay Graceful" Places #2 On Beat100 World Music Video Chart

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CA (September 28, 2015) - "Stay Graceful" has finished its run on the Beat100 World Music Video Chart, placing at #2. The Song, about the "how" of how we walk through the world, and deal with the trials and tribulations that life throws at us, is a very personal song for the Dynamic Duo of Bee and Edd, formally Bill and Stacey Ramirez, aka Silent Company. The song was dedicated to Bill's daughter (and a girl Edd considers her daughter as well) Faith, as a sort of "owner's manual" for life, and how to keep one's grateful attitude, and graceful stride, through the world.

Team Silent Company is very pleased with how this song turned out and how it finished, #2 behind the Spanish duo Insatiable Gravy. "We're totally happy with #2 on this track," says Edd. "Now, would we have like to win it all? Sure! But there is so much great music out there...we can't get that gold spot every time...we're just happy that people like the music we're putting out there. If it touches them, helps them, and is something they enjoyed listening to and making a part of their day, well, then...success!" The Ramirezes are hard at work on the next track, releasing at the end of October, and planning for the compilation of their 2016 album, which will release on New Year's Eve 2015.

Learning balance, humility, honor, and a sense of purpose is difficult. Our parent's guide the way, but in the end, it is up to each one of us to see the path, and follow it. This latest track is a musical rendition of what every parent hopes their child will learn, and what every person must incorporate into their own lives. As parents themselves, this track hits close to home for SC's "Dynamic Duo". A more upbeat, driving rhythm is the son's foundation, with Bee's "drummer mentality" on full display in the groove. Bass, percussion, piano, and the ES-339 round out the arrangement. The lyrics and vocals are another duet from Bee and Edd, with the resolve of the theme being that as we each walk life's path, we need to remember to not loose our hope for the future, for what will come, and to stay graceful on the walk.
