"Again", Silent Company's latest release, is the third in a love song trilogy, following the Beat100 chart winners "Holding On" and "Next To You". "Again" is a song about lost love, and a quest to regain what seems irretrievable and irreplaceable. The tune speaks to the part of our spirit that tells us to trust in love immemorial, that which is timeless. Once again, Bee's musical composition, paired with simple but heartrending lyrics, take the listener on a voyage through pain to renewal. The piano is front and center this time, along with a solid rhythm base, a mournful cello, and an uplifting performance at the end of the tune by Bee with his ES-339. The vocals are a true duet, with Bee and Edd playing both sides of the coin, his and hers, to show that love lost can be love lost to all. The visual backdrop is provided perfectly by "The Vow", a true and wonderful story. What we take away from this track is that we need to believe that what will be will be - then, now, and forever...until we wake up, and do it all over...again.
